This years MOPS theme is Together on Planet Mom.
Life is all about relationships and when you become a mom, all your
relationships change. It’s like you have landed on a different
planet—Planet Mom—and the relationships on Planet Mom don’t
look like the ones on your previous planet. Your relationship with yourself
is different—you are a mom! Your relationship with your husband,
girlfriends, extended family, community and God have all changed. Many
of these changes are positive, some are not. Even positive change requires
adjustments on your part. During the 2009-10 MOPS year, we will be taking
a look at some of those relationships and how we can make changes for
the better. Come join us!
When are your meetings?
MOPS meets during the school year from September through May. Our group
meets the first Monday of the month, except in September when we will
meet on September 14th. Each meeting start at 9am and conclude at 11:15.
We also have outside activities between meetings such as playdates at
the park, children’s museum or McDonalds, MOPS Night Out, and
other fun activities throughout the year.
